Refund policy
1. Final Sale Policy
Reluxify.ca facilitates the resale of pre-owned luxury goods through a consignment model. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is proven to be inauthentic. Legal ownership of an item remains with the original private seller until it is sold and shipped to the buyer.
2. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold on Reluxify.ca. If a buyer believes an item is not authentic, they must provide a valid Entrupy authentication certificate that proves the item is counterfeit. If authenticity is not proven, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Process for Inauthentic Items
If an item is proven inauthentic, email hello@reluxify.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a copy of the Entrupy authentication report showing the item is not authentic. Once verified, Reluxify will issue a full refund of the purchase price and a prepaid return shipping label. The item must be shipped back to Reluxify within 5 business days of receiving the return label. Refunds will be processed only after the item is received and inspected.
4. Condition of Pre-Owned Goods
All items sold are pre-owned unless clearly marked as brand new. We inspect and authenticate every item before it is listed. Detailed descriptions and photos are provided for every product. Refunds are not offered for: Disputes over condition grading, wear consistent with a pre-owned item, subjective factors such as personal preference or fit.
5. Compliance with Canadian Law
This policy complies with the laws of Ontario, Canada relating to consignment and consumer-to-consumer sales.
