Thank you for thinking about selling your pre-loved items with Reluxify. We are committed to helping you sell your luxury treasures in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner. Please send us an email at hello@reluxify.ca and include a description of your item, its condition, item photos, and your contact information. A member of our team will respond to your email within three business days. 

 

CONSIGNMENT POLICY

Our consignment policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we accept items for consignment.

Item Evaluation: All items must first be evaluated by our team to ensure that they meet our quality standards. We only accept items that are in great condition and are authentic. Please see our condition rating system below. We may request supporting documentation such as a purchasing receipt during the evaluation process. If additional authentication is required, a $50 non-refundable fee will be required to facilitate third-party authentication. 

Pricing: Our team will work with you to determine a fair price for your item based on market value, condition, and other factors. We will provide you with our recommended selling price, but ultimately, the decision is yours.

Consignment Agreement & Shipping: Once your items have been approved, we will provide you with a consignment agreement that outlines the terms of our agreement, including the commission fee, pricing strategy, and other important details. We will also send you a prepaid shipping label to use when shipping your item to us.

Commission Rate: Reluxify's commission rate varies depending on the price of the item as well as its condition and desirability. Sellers can get up to 80% when they sell with Reluxify, which means we will only charge 20% of the sale price of your item. The actual commission rate will be outlined in your consignment agreement.

Item Storage: Once your item has been shipped to us, we will store it securely in a clean, smoke-free, and dust-free environment.

Marketing and Promotion: We will feature your item on our website and social media platforms, along with professional photography and detailed descriptions to help attract potential buyers.

Sales and Payment: Once your item is sold, we will process the payment and deduct our commission fee. Payments will be made within 30 days of the sale.

Unsold Items: If your item does not sell within the agreed-upon consignment period, we may offer you the option to extend the consignment period, reduce the price, or have the item returned to you.

By choosing to consign with Reluxify, you can be confident that your luxury items will be marketed to an audience of discerning buyers, with the goal of achieving the best possible price for your items.

RELUXIFY CONDITION RATING 

A+: The item is brand new.

A: The item is in excellent condition and shows minor signs of wear and use.

B: The item is in great condition and shows some signs of wear and use.

C: The item is in good condition and shows more signs of wear and use.

We do not accept items below a C rating.
